Getting Healthy (takes a little prep)

So my routine this week looks like this:

5am: Smoothie with Strawberry Banana spinach and protien

9am: apple, egg

12pm: Chicken Breast, brown rice, green beans

3pm: Smoothie with strawberry, plain yogurt, flax seed and protien

4pm: Workout

530pm: Dinner to be determined (Pollock and zucchini, Salmon patties and rice, etc.) always with a green salad

8pm: Veggie sticks and cheese/cottage cheese etc.

This is what I do on Sunday night.  Prep the week…
